Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been given to another family.
As such, we require 48 hours notice (2 full business days, not including weekends or holidays) for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours in advance, as outlined above, are subject to the full visit fee.
Cancelled appointments with more than 48 hours notice (2 full business days, not including weekends or holidays) are subject to a $20+HST cancellation fee.
Rescheduling appointments with more than 48 business hours may be done at no charge.
Admin fees do not apply if rescheduling is due to Physician or LC unavailability. Refunds are subject to a $20.00+HST admin fee. In the event of a non-sufficient funds (NSF) occurrence, a fee of $20 plus applicable HST will be charged per occurrence.
