Our Mission
Ontario Breastfeeding Clinic is an interdisciplinary collective of healthcare professionals.
Our priority focus is to provide exceptional lactation support wherever there is a gap in service, especially rural or underserved populations with financial or geographical barriers to lactation care.
We act as a catalyst for healthy living with in-person and virtual lactation support.
We meet families where they are and support them to define and reach their own breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human milk feeding goals.
Our comprehensive care creates awareness, provides education, and prioritizes healthy infant feeding and family wellbeing.

There is currently a need for local IBCLC lactation support in many communities across the province.
The OBC is happy to be part of the solution, providing clinics like yours with an experienced IBCLC with advanced skills and credentials.
Our IBCLCs carry full liability insurance, and provide high quality in-person and virtual lactation consults. Parents book their own appointments through the Ontario Breastfeeding Clinic.
We reduce financial barriers for local families with OHIP Subsidized Rate Consults.
Our IBCLCs can provide in-person and virtual consultations without charging patients a larger fee thanks to breastfeeding-friendly office locations like yours.
We make it easy for your clinic to support lactating families in your community! We provide advertising and signage, hiring and training local IBCLC(s)/MDs if needed, and all admin tasks including referral handling, client support and scheduling, plus we provide ongoing care for lactating families in your community, all at NO COST to your clinic.
The OBC is designed to easily Plug and Play anywhere there is a need!
